·         What we want to do this semester

o       Social

§  Game Night (3/23?)

·         After 3PM. Jacob can bring his Xbox.

·         Jennifer can bring cards & wii.

§  Lock In

·         IMU? Meet at the fireplace room.

o   IMU 7^TH floor of the student tower is cool.

·         Bring games?

o   Jennifer has cards & Apples to Apples

§  Sports at the HPER

·         HPER= $4, SRSC= $6 for non-members. Family nights=discount or free?

·         Meet in the mornings before class (the gym is empty in the mornings.)

·         Sports to Play with the group

o   Soccer

o   Volleyball

o   Basketball

§  Cook Out

§  Bowling

o       Meeting time

§  According to the survey, our current time is the best time.

§  Thursday @7:30 is the 2^nd best option.

·         Bringing our members together

o       Have a weekly FB poll

o       Jacob will bring mixers to the meeting

§  Jennifer has a games list

§  Word->draw->word, etc

§  Untangle

§  Back ->middle -> front

§  Talk to a random member for 5 minutes (draw from a hat)

·         Jacob & Ty will work on the website after break

·         Laura, Jacob, & Jennifer still need to meet with Monroe County 4-H

o       Jennifer will draft the e-mail

o       We want to do: Share the Fun, Officer’s Training, & Mini Day Camp.

·         Bank Account

o       We still need to get Jacob onto the bank account & to get the $ deposited.

·         T-Shirts

o       5 Left (Medium?)

o       Ty will send Jennifer a write up for the e-mail by Sunday.
