  Adviser Recruitment
  1-2 committee chairs volunteer to attend Organization Orientation Make-Up Session
  Meeting with Jeff- Tuesday, 11:30am-12:30pm IMU
  Set up a day of the week when chairs report to president to get items on meeting agenda(& how)


• North Central Region Collegiate 4-H Conference
  November 4-6 in Manhattan, Kansas
  Early Registration deadline: Monday Oct 17 $90
  Late Registration deadline: Monday, Oct 24 $110
  How many people the club will sponsor to go?
  What would someone need to do to be sponsored?
  How will the group fundraise to make up for the amount spent?
  Of the people who want to go, who had a vehicle and is willing to drive?

  Decide on a committee chair(s) if it hasn’t already been decided
  Get notes to Jennifer and possibly on club blog by this weekend!

  Decide on 1-3 projects/events to “pitch” to Jeff next weekService Committee

  Assign a committee member to be the main person for each upcoming event
